Dr. Lolley is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina in 1990 and graduated from Tulane University School of Medicine in 1994. She served an internship at Carraway Methodist Medical Center in 1995 and completed an Ophthalmology residency at the University of Alabama Birmingham Callahan Eye Foundation Hospital in 1998.

Dr. Lolley joined the faculty of the UAB Department of Ophthalmology in 1998 where she assists in medical student and resident teaching. Dr. Lolley is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (F.A.C.S.). Dr. Lolley is also a trainer for the VISX Physician Certification Program and a former director of the Laser Center at the Callahan Eye Foundation Hospital. Dr. Lolley treats patients with medical and surgical diseases of the eye, specializing in cataract and refractive surgery.
