Alabama Ophthalmology Associates' business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Covered parking is located under the building and is free for our patients.

Please allow 2 hours for your office visit. You will complete a brief medical history and registration forms. Please bring your insurance cards as well as your glasses. Please obtain a referral for your office visit if your insurance carrier requires that you have one.

A complete eye exam is performed on your first visit. Your pupils will usually be dilated with drops, and you might need someone to drive you home. Sunglasses are helpful after dilation.


INSURANCE

The Physicians are providers with many insurance carriers including:

We will file your claim for your office visit, testing and any surgery. Please call our business office should you have any questions about your insurance. All non-covered services are due at time of service. We accept cash, check, visa, mastercard and discover card.
